22 thousand tons of foods have been sold out at autumn fairs in Bashkiria

2,5 thousand tons of foods have been sold out at autumn fairs for the last weekends, the state committee for trade and consumer rights protection RB reports. More than 22 thousand tons of foods have been sold in a whole since the first fair day.
During the last weekends agrarians have sold 140 tons of beef, 63 tons of pork, 16 tons of mutton and 6 tons of horse meat. As for the vegetables, the citizens have acquired 949 tons of potato, 96,6 tons of carrot, 473 tons of onion, 52 tons of beet and 627 tons of cabbage. Citizens of the Republic still willingly buy honey.
The specialists of the state committee for trade and consumer rights protection RB made the comparative analysis and found out that beef was the most popular sort of meat and cabbage was sold out in the best way, as compared with other vegetables. Other positions experience steady drop of demand. It means that the majority of citizens have already made enough supplies for the winter period.
The fairs go on and fresh meat begins replacing vegetables on the counters.
