17 thousand hectares of sugar beet still have to be harvested in Bashkiria

Bashkir agrarians have gathered one million 170 tons of sugar beet by October 31. The Ministry of agriculture RB reports 675318 tons is already sent to processing but the agrarians still have to harvest 17 thousand hectares.

The toilers of Karmaskalinsky region of Bashkortostan have gathered almost 150 thousand tons and this is the best result in the Republic. The highest crop capacity – 300 and more centners from one hectare – is registered in four Bashkir regions. The sugar beet harvest is reaching the final stage.
