Specialists of financial, educational and legal spheres still hold the first lines in the rate of the most unclaimed professions among Bashkir employers.

Technicians, forwarding agents, dispatchers, household managers, policemen, secretaries, personnel managers, social workers, postmen and hospital attendants can be also found in this list.

At the same time according to information of the State Population Employment Dept RB the Republic needs specialists of building industry – roofers, bricklayers, assembly workers, electrical-gas welders, welders and facing workers. The region also needs helpers, barmen, loaders, food sellers, seamstresses, bakers and insurance agents.
