Milk factory from Belebey won eight medals at “Golden Autumn-2011”

All new cheeses, made by the Belebeevsky milk factory and presented at the all-Russian agricultural exhibition “Golden Autumn-2011”, won golden medals: this is the series of cheeses, called “Russian Patterns”, smoked cheeses “Carambole” and “Balfour”.

The factory produces 19 sorts of cheeses today. The overall plant's output makes up 1000 tons of milk daily. Besides, the factory produces 45 tons of milk products, 55 tons of cheeses and 25 tons of dry whey and buttermilk daily.
