“AVTODOR” and the Government of Bashkortostan signed agreement concerning construction of a new high-speed highway “Bavly-Kumertau”

The state company “AVTODOR” and the Government of Bashkortostan signed the cooperation agreement within the frames of construction of a new highway “Bavly-Kumertau”. The highway will become a part of the international transport route “Europe-Western China”.

The press-secretary of the state company “AVTODOR” Ekaterina Varenova reports the highway “Bavly-Kumertau”, stretching at 256 kilometers, has to become a four-lane road of the first category with the designed speed 150 kilometers/hour. In accordance with the agreement the highway will be included into the network of the federal highways. The highway is constructed on the base of the state-private partnership and will be chargeable.
