Out-of-town realty in Ufa won't become more expensive till the end of the year

The average offer price for all types of out-of-town housing made up 25,46 thousand rubles for one square meter. The cost of offers varies from 190 thousand rubles to 27,5 million. According to information of the realty agencies network “The Expert” the rise of prices made up 4,5% since the beginning of the year.

Analysts say that this year season in the sector of out-of-town housing was moderately active. The market's dynamics demonstrates typical seasonal change of prices, which will hardly continue its rise till the end of the year, since the main season of sales and purchases is close to the end. The purchases of out-of-town housing in autumn and winter periods are more typical for the countryside than for the suburbs of Ufa.

As always, the demand was more oriented to the objects of an average price category, located not far from the capital of Bashkortostan.
