The forum “Ural Ecology – Industrial Security-2011” is opened in Ufa

The annual ecological forum and the specialized exhibition “Ural Ecology-Industrial Security-2011” started working in Ufa and demonstration of the best scientific-technical achievements in sphere of wild life conservation, inculcation of modern technologies for control over atmospheric emissions, garbage and waste recycling are the main goals of the forum and the exhibition, held at the Culture Palace “NEFTYANIK”.

In opinion of the deputy Prime-Minister of the Government RB, the Minister of industry and innovational policy RB Marat Mulukov, participating in “Ural Ecology-2011”, consolidation of efforts of the authority, scientists and practitioners is necessary for successful implementation of the ecological projects. At present time the branches of ecology and industrial security pose the main problems before Russian science and within the frames of the ecological forum young scientists RB intend to offer their projects and designs, able to minimize negative impact on the environment.

“The ecological forum is held in Bashkortostan not accidentally because here practically all branches of industry, adversely affecting the environment, such as oil-refining, machine-building and mining operations, are present” - the Minister of nature management and ecology RB Azat Kutliakhmetov said to “Bashinform”.

The Minister believes that as soon as the problems of ecology remained unsolved in the region for a long period of time, it is high time to start solving them now and Ufa is suitable as a site for solution of such problems in the best way, especially if taking the fact that ecologists, heads of industrial enterprises, analysts and representatives of other Russian regions, also interested in solution of the common ecological problems, are taking part in the forum into account.
