Realty prices in Ufa increased by 1,9%

In September 2011 realty prices in Russia have substantially gone up. Ufa and Moscow region lead in the list. In the capital of Bashkortostan the average cost of one square meter amounted to 46,58 thousand rubles. The growth reached 1,9%. In Moscow region the average price of one square meter amounts to 67,26 thousand rubles. This data is presented by the National Association for estimate pricing and cost engineering (NASI).

Omsk with 33,87 thousand rubles for one square meter, Voronezh, Saratov and Tula (36,7, 37,28 and 47,03 thousand rubles correspondingly) are also found in the Top 10 of the rate.

Housing in Penza, Volgograd and Lipetsk has on the contrary become cheaper (by 15% in Penza and by 0,5% in other two cities).
