Ulay Ilyasov: “Parcellation for young families is an additional incentive for the rise of birth rate”

According to the latest information more than 34 thousand families, having three and more kids, live in Bashkortostan. There are also about 14 thousand children with disabilities in the Republic.
On September 28 the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov signed the law “Alteration of the law “Regulation of land relations in Republic of Bashkortostan”. The law anticipates one-time and free parcelling for the families, having three and more kids, for individual house-building. The families, having kids with disabilities, also have the right for parcelling. In accordance with the law the lands for such families will be located either on the territory of the town they live in or on the territory of the adjacent regions. The minimal and maximal dimensions of the lands make up from 0,08 to 0,2 hectares. Republican executive power boards and municipal bodies will be responsible for parcelling.
The Minister of land and property relations RB Ulay Ilyasov believes that alteration of the law means the encouragement of young families and an additional incentive for then rise of birth rate in the Republic.
