Since the beginning of the year prices for storage and production rooms in Ufa increased by 69%

The average price for commercial realty in Ufa makes up 57,38 rubles for one square meter now. Since the beginning of the year it increased by 6,71%. The office objects are displayed for sale at the price 49,69 rubles for one square meter on average (the growth is 2,56% since the beginning of 2011). The prices for storage and production rooms increased by 20,8% (69,12%). This is the information, presented by the realty agencies network “The Expert”.

As for the rent, the average rate for trade objects makes up 911,87 rubles for one square meters for today (the growth is 27%), for office objects 0 649 rubles (12,72%) and for storage and production rooms – 170 rubles for one square meter (the growth is 36,16%).

These figures demonstrate certain drop in business activity for the last two months, adversely affecting the segment of office apartments within the period of mass vacations. From the other side summertime activated trade, so the demand in trade objects remained rather high.
