Bashkortostan needs mechanisms for execution of the law about state-private partnership

The field zone seminar re development of state-private partnership in Bashkortostan has taken place in the town of Kumertau, initiated by the Ministry of land and property relations RB with the assistance of Kumertau administration and the Trade-Industry Chamber RB. The Minister of land and property relations RB Ulay Ilyasov, the deputy chairman of the state committee for industry, transport, construction, communication and business undertakings RB Elena Rodina, the vice-president of the Trade-Industry Chamber RB Azat Fazlyev and representatives of other Republican agencies have taken part in its work.

The problems of development and use of the concessional agreements within the frames of the Republican law about participation o Bashkortostan in state-private partnership were discussed in the course of the seminar.

As Azat Fazlyev says, the law about state-private partnership allows influencing upon economics on the legal level.

“We need such approach to form partnership relations between the state and business and the Government of Bashkortostan should work up the corresponding mechanisms for execution of this law. We need to start attracting investors more actively” – he said –“At present time Russian regions are struggling for investors and we have to supply these investors with all conditions for efficient work on our territory”.

Besides, Azat Fazlyev reports that not long ago they managed to find an investor and to negotiate the production of the double helicopter R-30 “ROTORFLY” at “Kumertausskoe aviation production enterprise”.
