Bashkir bread will be baked in Tatarstan

Bakers from Tatarstan intend to master some sorts of Bashkir bread. Not long ago they’ve visited several bakeries in Bashkiria, the news agency “Tatar-Inform” reports, referring to the chairman of the Bakers Union of Tatarstan Ildar Nikiforov.

Directors of Tatar bakeries and chief technologists came to Bashkortostan to exchange with experience and Bashkir bread-makers demonstrated them the whole assortments of the sorts of bread, made according to the ancient Bashkir receipts. After the testing the technologists from Tatarstan decided that some of the technologies, used in Bashkortostan, should be adopted. A new sort of bread, most likely called “Bashkir”, will be sold in the shops of Tatarstan already in the end of the year.
