Delegation of Bashkortostan is taking part in the congress of all-Russian Society of Forestry Specialists

Delegation of Bashkortostan is taking part in the V congress of the all-Russian Society of Forestry Specialists and in the all-Russian congress of school forestries. Both congresses are held in Kazan. The program includes discussions on the most actual problems for Russian forestries and visits to the forestry objects in Tatarstan. 135 delegates from 79 Russian regions are taking part in the congress of the all-Russian Society of Forestry Specialists.

The all-Russian congress of school forestries is held in the capital of Tatarstan in parallel and 328 delegates from 55 Russian regions are taking part in its work.

For the reference: school forestries are considered one of the most popular youth environmental movements in Russia. More than three thousand school forestries are already opened in the country at present time: from the Baltic Sea to the Pacific Ocean. About 100 thousand pupils are registered in these forestries.
