More than 50 tenement houses and centers are erected in Ufa now

The overall number of offers in the market of abuilding housing in Ufa makes up 885 flats now. The average price of one square meter in the city amounts to 39,4 thousand rubles, the realty agencies network “The Expert” reports.

At present time more than 50 tenement houses and living centers are erected in Ufa. The overall number of flats in abuilding tenements, ready for sale, is about six thousand or 372 thousand square meters.

The analysts say that taking the desire of the majority of the buyers to live in new houses into account, this number of offers look insufficient for the housing market of Ufa.

The overall amount of the housing stock, displayed for sale is 53258 square meters. The average cost of one flat in Ufa is 2,2 million rubles.
