11300 flats is built up in Bashkortostan in 2011

Since the beginning of the year 11300 flats was put into operation in Bashkortostan with the total area 1046,7 thousand square meters – by 2,1% more than in 2010. 257 square meters of housing is put into exploitation per one citizen of the Republic.

Statisticians mark that individual house-building is considered the top priority in the Republic. For eight months of the year individual developers erected 7806 houses with the total area 836,9 square meters. 469,7 thousand square meters of housing was erected in the countryside and 577,1 thousand – in the towns of Bashkiria.
