The festival “Discover Volga zone”: the interactive questioning is going on

The state business undertakings and tourism committee RB is actively preparing itself for the first regional festival-presentation of tourist resources in Volga federal district “Discover Volga zone”. The presentation will be held in Nizhniy Novgorod on October 17-19 and its initiators say that development of tourism on the territory of the regions, found in the staff of Volga federal district, and consolidation of interregional tourist bonds are the main goals of the action.

The plans for development of the tourist branch in Volga federal district will be presented to the participants of the festival. Besides, all participants may become acquainted with traditions and cultures of the regions and with the industry of tourism and hospitality in every region separately.

The interactive questioning is going on the site www.kurortrussia.ru within the frames of preparations for the festival and the visitors of the site are offered to choose one of 14 regions in Volga federal district, which they’d like to visit in the nearest future as tourists.

All visitors of the site may choose the most interesting region for a visit till September 30. It is worth noting that Bashkortostan continues collecting the votes in this questioning as the most attractive region for tourists. The Republic stands on the second place after Perm region a present time. The regions, forming the Top 3 of the leaders according to the results of the interrogation, will be rewarded with the special prizes at the festival.
