30 traffic accidents with participation of wild animals was registered in Bashkortostan

Since the beginning of the year about 40 cases of illegal take of wild animals were disclosed in Bashkortostan. As a result, more than 60 animals have been killed by poachers, including three beavers, about 20 elks, almost 40 boars and five roe deer.

Besides, about 30 traffic accidents with participation of wild animals have occurred on the Republican highways. 23 elks, four roe deer and the same number of boars fell under the wheels for this period of time.
