The 14th Presidential program for manpower development started in Bashkortostan
The meeting, devoted to the beginning of the 14th Presidential program for manpower development for national economy organizations, has taken place on September 12 in the House of the State Council-Kurultay-RB.
The Minister of economic development RB Eugene Mavrin, the deputy Head of the Presidential Administration RB Viktor Pchelintsev, the rector of the Bashkir State Academy of public service and management Sergey Lavrentiev, the pro-rector of the Ufa State Oil Technical University Nikolai Krioni and the project’s curator Svetlana Andreeva have taken part in the solemn ceremony.
Opening the gathering Sergey Lavrentiev put the emphasis on the necessity to raise the quality of management at local enterprises, bringing it to the international level. Viktor Pchelintsev touched upon the problem of shortage of qualified specialists in the state machinery. “I wish you great success in all your beginnings and do hope to see you at the ceremony of diplomas presentation in the same staff” – he said to the future graduates.
The program consists of 550 hours, devoted to study of the economic and managerial subjects, including 180 hours of training in foreign languages. After the end of the program all graduates get a chance to work on probation at foreign and Russian enterprises during the period from two weeks to three months.
