The rent of three-room flats in Ufa dropped by 3,6%
Since the beginning of the year the average rent increased by 1,7%. In June-August the rent on all types of flats made up 12793 rubles. In May the average rent dropped by 1,8%, the analysts of the realty agencies network “The Expert” report.
The rent in the segment of one-room flats increased by 2,6%. Two- and three-room flats became cheaper by 1,3 and 3,6% correspondingly.
The center of the city and the micro-district “Green Valley” became the rent leaders. One can rent a flat in these districts for the price from 10 to 20 rubles per month. The micro-district “Sipailovo” goes behind – one can rent a flat at 9500-17 thousand rubles per month.
