Rustem Khamitov became acquainted with the production of JSC “Ufa aggregate enterprise “Hydraulics”

On Wednesday, August 31, the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov has paid a visit to JSC “Ufa aggregate enterprise “Hydraulics”. This is the only enterprise, serially producing the auxiliary aviation engines, meant for launching the mid-flight engines of the aircrafts. Besides, the enterprise produces metal hoses for aviation industry, aviation fuel filters and other wares.

The President RB visited the enterprise’s workshops and inspected the models of the industrial wares. At the assembling Rustem Khamitov has become acquainted with the technology for production of the power-plants, which share makes up 43,5% of the plant’s commodity output.

As the General Director of the enterprise Viktor Novikov reports, the drop of sales of the auxiliary engines is recently observed in the country and this tendency is concerned with the ongoing domination of the foreign-made aviation machinery in the internal aviation market. In the nearest two years the plant intends to start producing the aggregates of a new generation in order to preserve this direction in its economic activity.

Further Rustem Khamitov has become acquainted with production of small power-plants. This is the own design of “Hydraulics”, which arouses high interest among Russian consumers. The enterprise manufactures two sorts of power-plants with the capacity 100 and 250 kilowatt of electric energy. The micro-turbines can be used for heating the buildings, for hothouses and other apartments. The overall sum of investments for this project is estimated at 400 million rubles.

As for the technical rearmament of the enterprise, 726 million rubles of its own means have been spent for production modernization for the last two years. Other 150 million will be spent for the same purpose in 2012 and almost 2 billion rubles will be spent for the technical rearmament by 2015. It means that new high-precision lathes will be purchased by the enterprise in addition to the already working equipment.

It should be noted that JSC “Hydraulics” subordinates to the state corporation “ROSTECHNOLOGII” (Russian Technologies) and is found in the staff of the JSC “The Concern “Aviation Equipment”.
