The best bee-keepers gathered to take part in the professional contest

The XI Republican contest of bee-keepers and the V Republican contest “Young Bee-Keeper” among pupils of secondary general education schools are held in Iglinsky region of Bashkortostan today at the professional college N95 in the village Iglino.

The Republican contests of bee-keepers already became traditional in Bashkortostan. The Ministry of agriculture RB reports the first professional contest of bee-keepers has taken place on August 25, 1998, in Duvansky region RB. This region has become the initiator on holding such regional and Republican contests among bee-keepers.

Once a year the best bee-keepers of the region gather together for exchanging experience, for demonstrating the newest technologies in bee-keeping and learning the new methods and approaches in this rather difficult profession.
