No serious air pollutions were registered in Bashkortostan

The division of the Russian Agency for Health and Consumer Rights in Bashkortostan tested the quality of atmospheric air in the Republic. The specialists have investigated 90 air samples in June. Only one case of higher content of xylene was registered on the territory of Ufa (up to 2 maximum permissible concentrations). No high and extremely high air pollutions have been registered in the region.

The investigations were made within the frames of the social-hygienic monitoring in June 2011 on the territory of Bashkortostan. Along with the habitat objects the specialists have checked the quality of foods and food staff.
