The super-shop “IKEA” is opened in Bashkortostan

Opening of the hypermarket “IKEA” has taken place in Ufa today, August 25. The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov and the General Director of “IKEA” in Russia Per Vendshlag participated in the solemn ceremony.
“We are finishing a big stage of our joint work with “IKEA” and opening of this magnificent trade center is the result of this work” – the President RB said at the ceremony.
“I’d like to say many thanks to the personnel of the company “IKEA” and to the leadership of this company for even in the hardest moments they never became disheartened but went on working. As a result we got this wonderful trade center”.
The President RB is certain that this is not the last opening of the world brand shop in the Republic and that good investment climate will attract the attention of many other companies.
The General Director of “IKEA” in Russia Per Vendshlag expressed hope that business ideas and the decisions on home-furnishing, offered by “IKEA” center in Ufa, will arouse high interest among citizens RB and thanked the President RB for support.
“We are socially responsible company and a long-term investor” – he said – “And we will continue maintaining our good relations”.
