Bashkortostan is one of the leaders by the number of hypothec credits

Within the period between January-July 2011 the Russian banks have given out 231241 hypothec credits for the overall sum more than 285 billion rubles. The citizens of Bashkortostan are found on the second place in the country by the active use of hypothec credits. According to information of the Central Bank of Russia 9577 credits have been given by the local banks to the citizens RB.

The citizens of Tatarstan lead in the rate with 12267 credits. Moscow stands on the third place (8789). Udmurt Republic was announced the region with the most profitable hypothec: the average interest rate makes up there only 9,6%, while the average Russian showing is found on the level of 12,3%.

Every year Russian citizens register more and more hypothec credits. Thus, in the first half of 2010 the Russian banks have signed the hypothec contracts for the sum of 145 billion rubles. In January-July 5700 hypothec credits have been given out to population RB – 3200 credits more than in the first half of 2010. The sum of the given credits exceeds 5,2 billion rubles.
