Bashkortostan stakes on personal and corporate income taxes

Personal and corporate income taxes will become the main sources for filling the consolidated budget of Bashkortostan in 2012. The one third of all tax and non-tax earnings falls on personal income tax and more than one fourth – on corporate income taxes. Excises stand on the third place with 13,8%, and further property taxes (10,6%) and the earnings from the use of state and municipal property (7,9%) go.
This is the information, presented by the Minister of finances RB Ruzalia Khismatullina. At the yesterday’s governmental gathering she has introduced the specified variant of the budget project RB-2012.
The Minister has underscored that all calculations were done taking the pre-planning alterations of the Russian legislation into account. Thus, the volumes of the personal income tax are determined coming from the forecasted abolition of the standard tax deductions for families with two and more minors. Besides, the distribution of the personal income tax on the budget levels should be also changed in 2012. 80% of the collected sum will be transferred to the regional exchequer instead of 70% now. At the same time only 20% of this tax will be transferred to the local budgets instead of 30% now.
Forecasting the corporate income tax the changes in the federal legislation concerning lowering of the aggregate tariff of the insurance payments from 34 to 30% were taken into account.
The overall volume of budget incomes in 2012 is determined at the rate of 89,6 billion rubles, including tax and non-tax earnings – 77,7 billion rubles and inter-budget transfers – 11,9 billion.
The revenue of the consolidated budget is determined at the rate of 113,9 billion rubles and the amount of expenditure will supposedly make up 128,9 billion rubles.
