The student scientific-ecological contest goes on gathering pace in Bashkortostan

At the numerous requests of the students the Republican contest for the best scientific work in sphere of ecology, announced by the Ministry of nature management and ecology RB, will be prolonged till September 5. Earlier it was reported the reception of the contest works would over on August 19.

The improvement of quality of specialists’ training in sphere of environment protection and rational use of natural resources is the main goal of the contest.

Students and post-graduates of higher and secondary education institutions, whose successes in science in sphere of ecology are confirmed by the diplomas or other documents, may join the contest. The winners of the all-Russian and Republican Olympiads, other contests and the authors of the works and articles on the ecological problems, published by mass-media, also have the right to take part in the competition.

The best works will be determined by the contest commission, the press-service of the Ministry of nature management and ecology RB reports. More detailed information about the contest can be found on the Ministry’s site www.mprrb.ru.
