The fighter of the fifth generation and the “dream airliner” will be demonstrated at “Max-2011”

The X international aviation-space show “Max-2011” is opened today in the town of Zukovsky near Moscow and almost 850 companies from 40 countries are taking part in it.
As the General Director of JSC “Aviation Show” Vladimir Borisov mentioned, though “Max-2011” already started working, its official opening is appointed on August 17. According to him “the arrival of the governmental delegation, headed by Vladimir Putin is expected”. The gathering of the Russian Ministry of industry and trade, devoted to situation in Russian aviation and its development within the frames of the state program till 2025, will take place immediately after the official opening ceremony.
The main goal of “Max-2011” is demonstration of high technologies and openness of the Russian internal market for joint projects with foreign partners.
Several days before the opening the initiators of the show have already called the main showstoppers: the Russian fifth generation fighter T-50 in military aviation and airliners Boeing 787 Dreamliner and Airbus A380 in civil aviation. These machines will be demonstrated at the Russian aviation show for the first time.
As the initiators report, more than 200 civil and army aircrafts, helicopters and other aircrafts already arrived to join the show. The pilotage teams “Martins”, “Russian Knights”, Falcons of Russia” and “Russia” will take part in the aerobatics show.
As the news agency “Bashinform already reported, the following Bashkir enterprises are taking part in the show: JSC “UMPO”, JSC “KUMERTAUSSKOE” aviation production enterprise”, JSC “Hydraulics”, the federal state unitary enterprise “Ufa instrument making production association”, JSC “Ufa aggregate production association” and some others.
According to the preliminary estimations, made by the show’s steering committee, more than half a million spectators will take part in the aviation show “Max-2011”.
