Resale housing in Ufa became by 0,2% more expensive

For the last week the prices in the Ufa resale housing market increased by 0,2%, making up 46,81 thousand rubles for one square meter.

Thus, three-room flats became by 0,1% more expensive. All other housing segments grew in price by 0,2%.

According to information of the realty agencies network “The Expert” the cheapest one-room 37-square-meter flat in Ufa is offered at 1250 thousand rubles. The most expensive five-room 202,4-square-meter flat in the center of the city costs 20 million rubles.

The most expensive cottage, displayed for sale and located near the Friendship Monument in the old part of the city with the area 590 square meters is offered at 48 million rubles.
