Resale housing in Ufa rises in price again

For the last week the average offer price in the resale housing market of Ufa increased by 0,2%, making up 46,63 thousand rubles for one square meter.

Thus, one-room flats have become by 0,1% more expensive, two- and three-room flats – by 0,2% and flats with more than three rooms (multi-room ones) – by 0,3%.

According to information of the realty agencies network “The Expert” the cheapest one-room 37-square-meter-flat in the city is offered at 1250 thousand rubles and the most expensive five-room 202,4-square-meter flat in the very center of the city costs 20 million rubles. The most expensive cottage, displayed for sale, is offered at 48 million rubles. It is located in Ufa near the Friendship Monument and its area is 590 square meters.
