Turkish businessmen are interested in cooperation with Bashkortostan in sphere of production of furniture and woodworking

The delegation of Turkish business circles is found in Ufa on a visit and the main goal of the visit is consideration of the possibility of cooperation between Bashkortostan and Turkey in sphere of furniture production and woodworking. The staff of the delegation includes the Trade Attaché of Turkish Consulate General in Kazan Engin Bashar, the chairman of the Lumber and Wooden Wares Association Abdulla Tever, his deputy and big businessman in sphere of furniture production Jelal Ozkan and the head of Istanbul Exporters Association Selchuk Shaban.

At the business meeting in the Trade-Industry Chamber RB the guests were discussing the problems with staff purchases in Bashkortostan for production of furniture in Turkey, the prospects of organizations of a joint-venture for production of furniture here, in Bashkortostan, for production of high-quality particle board and for future sales of Turkish furniture. The Turkish party was also interested in staff prices, the volumes and production capacities of the timber enterprises in the region, in the conditions and preferences for potential investors.
