Bashkortostan entered Top 10 of Russian leaders by housing commissioning

Bashkortostan joined the Top 10 of Russian leaders by housing commissioning: our Republic stands on the seventh position. In a whole according to information of the Federal State Statistics Service 243,2 thousand flats with the overall area 20,7 million square meters have been put into exploitation in the country for the first six months 2011.

The highest house-building volumes were registered in Moscow region, where 9% of the overall housing area had been put into operation, in Krasnodar region – 7,9%, in Tatarstan – 5,7%, in Tyumen region – 4,6%, in Saint-Petersburg and Moscow – 4,2% (each), in Rostov region – 3,9%, Bashkortostan – 3,8%, Nizhniy Novgorod region – 3,1%, Sverdlovsk region – 2,3% and Kemerovo region – 2%. Slightly more than a half of the whole housing, put into operation in Russia, was erected in these regions, as it is said on the official site of the Federal State Statistics Committee.

In 2011 Bashkir building companies intend to put 2,1 million square meters of housing into operation.
