The time for registration of customs declarations is reduced almost twice in Bashkortostan

Participants of external economic activity turn to the electronic document circulation. In the first half of 2011 the share of electronic customs declaration increased one time and a half as compared with 2010. At present time about 80% of business people prefer such form of avowal, while in 2010 this figure was equal to 29,2%, said on the site of the Volga customs dept.

Electronic avowal substantially fastens customs procedures.

“As the participants of external economic activity say, the real time for registration of customs declarations reduced by 30-40%” – the press-secretary of the Bashkir custom-house Igor Meshkov says to the news agency “Bashinform” – “More than a half of all declaration is registered for three hours on average”.
