Putting of big business centers into exploitation isn’t forecasted in Ufa in 2011

By the end of June 2011 there was about 345 thousand square meters of office property in Ufa. About 11,3% of the overall volume of office property was displayed for sale in June and 7,5% - rented. The overall square of the office property, put into exploitation in 2010, made up about ten thousand square meters, as the analyst of the unified information realty system “Azimuth” Ekaterina Imangulova reported. According to her no big office centers have been put into exploitation in 2010, except the business center “Aldo”, and no big business centers will be put into exploitation in 2011.

The overall number of areas in the “A” and “B”-class offices made up 120 thousand square meters in the second quarter of 2011 and 138 thousand square meters fall on “C” and “D” classes. 87 thousand square meters fall on the office apartments, located on the first floors and near the main transport arteries (“E” class).
