Bashkortostan intends to develop cooperation with South Korea

Journalists fr om South Korea have arrived in Bashkortostan the day before. Within the frames of the three-day visit they will visit several industrial enterprises and will see local places of interest. Today the Prime-Minister of the Government RB Azamat Ilimbetov received the representatives of the fourth power. He organized the presentation of the Republic for the guests, telling them about Bashkir nature, culture and social-economic situation in the region.

Now the journalists from South Korea know that Bashkortostan is a multinational Republic with rich reserves of natural resources, modern industrial complex and well-developed social infrastructure.

“We’ve learned much about your culture, nature and industry and we like it” – the head of the delegation, the executive director of the Korean Press Fund Kim Xien Xo stated.

Azamat Ilimbetov said in his turn that Bashkortostan was interested in development of business relations with Korea.

“Cooperation with such high-tech country as yours will be quite useful for our Republic and I think that the Korean party will actively cooperate with our Republic, searching for the ways in the Russian market” – the Prime-Minister mentioned.

Bashkortostan is the region with very favorable investment climate, wh ere various preferences are provided for the investors. For example, the organizations, developing their projects on the prior directions, pay the profit tax at the rate by 4% lower than the basic one, which amounts to 18% for today, during five years. Besides, they are free from the property tax.
