Nikolai Ostarkov: “The Concept “25x25” is directed to development of modern economics in Russia”

The visit of the Vice-President of the all-Russian public organization “Business Russia”, a permanent member of the all-Russian National Front’s federal headquarters Nikolai Ostarkov to Ufa has become very productive.

On July 19 Nikolai Ostarkov has held a gathering with the members of the all-Russian National Front’s regional coordination council and the chairman of the State Council-Kurultay-RB, the secretary of the “United Russia” regional political council Constantine Tolkatchev was taking part in the meeting too.

Nikolai Ostarkov informed the comers about activity of the Front’s federal coordination council in his report and about key goals and aims of the “National Program” and the “National Budget”.

Same day the conference to the theme “New industrialization: the Concept 25x25” with participation of “Business Russia” regional council and representatives of Bashkir business has taken place in Ufa.

The advisor of the President RB Albert Safarov, the Minister of economic development RB Eugene Mavrin, the acting Minister of industry and innovational policy RB Igor Karepanov, the chairman of the state business undertakings and tourism committee RB Ruslan Kinzikeev and the chairman of the Business Organizations Association Council RB Alexei Sherbatsky have taken part in work of the conference.

The chairman “Business Russia” Bashkir regional division, a member of the all-Russian National Front’s regional coordination council Rafael Mardanshin said that this concept, mirroring the positions of Russian non-staff business, was introduced to the VII annual business forum, initiated by “Business Russia” on May 26 and approved by the Chairman of the Russian Government Vladimir Putin.

Nikolai Ostarkov acquainted the comers with the main clauses of the plan “New Industrialization”, offered by “Business Russia” as the main program for development of Russian economics. Opening of 25 million modern highly productive and well-paid workplaces in the country by 2025 is considered the key showing of the plan.

Eugene Mavrin said in his report that the introduced proposals and the questions, raised by “Business Russia” come quite in time and aimed at creation of modern highly developed economics, based on free market competition, well-developed private sector and powerful industrial potential.

According to Albert Safarov solution of the problems of Russian economics can be achieved through modernization of already existing productions and opening of new workplaces in the competitive sectors of economics.

Summing up the totals of the conference Rafael Mardanshin underscored that all wishes and proposals would be offered for the ”National Program”.

Signing of the cooperation agreement between “United Russia” Bashkir division and “Business Russia” Bashkir regional division has become the next important event. The document is signed by Constantine Tolkatchev and Rafael Mardanshin.

Talking to the journalists Nikolai Ostarkov has underscored once again that the concept “25x25” is aimed at creation of modern highly developed economics in the most competitive sectors in Russia.
