More than 7,7 thousand citizens will improve their living conditions in Bashkortostan in 2011

157 tenement houses for more than 7,7 thousand citizens RB will be capitally repaired in Bashkortostan in 2011. The Prime-Minister of the Government RB Azamat Ilimbetov approved the corresponding Republican program.

The program for capital repair of tenements in 2011 presumes the support of housing owners and municipalities, which manage to reform housing and communal services on their territories.

The municipalities will receive Republican financing on the conditions of shared sponsorship at the expense of means of local budget (at least 30% and at the expense of means of the apartments owners – at least 5%).

The municipalities have to invest 42,9 million rubles on 100 million, allocated by the Republican budget and seven million should be invested by the owners. The press-service of the Government RB reports 33 municipalities meet these conditions for today. The Ministry of housing and communal services RB comes out as the state contractor and the control over efficient use of the means is imposed on the same Ministry too.
