Uri Pustovgarov: “It’s high time to develop small business in municipalities”
The main thing for the Trade-Industry Chamber RB for today is to occupy the exact place, corresponding to the level of the Republican economics. The President of the Trade-Industry Chamber RB Uri Pustovgarov stated that during the radio-broadcast “Fr om the first person”, made by the radio-station “MAYAK”.
“Now we are trying to define our problems precisely” - he said – “At present time I see three directions in our activity. First of all we have to make the infrastructure for support of business undertakings on the municipal level”.
According to Uri Pustovgarov the Chamber already has the corresponding agreement with Sterlitamac administration, where the business-center is to be established in the office of local trade-industry chamber and wh ere the public organizations, responsible for support of business undertakings, are to be invited to.
“It is useless to go around one and the same budget money, allocated for support of business undertakings, in Ufa” – he said – “It’s high time to start developing business in our municipalities. One can develop business efficiently only there now because the center is too overcrowded”.
Elaboration of the concept of an industrial district is also one of the aims of the Trade-Industry Chamber RB.
“It is when the economic community is formed of several municipalities and every such formation works in its own direction and others work for its benefit. Thereby we’d like to arrive at the establishment of our own municipal supporting funds with the help of business” – Uri Pustovgarov reported.
Besides, he said it was necessary to exempt the Government of Bashkortostan from the excessive functions, concerned with the external economic and presentational activity.
“This sphere looks very promising and one can earn good money here, so the Trade-Industry Chamber RB has to be occupied with it” – he believes.
