Rustem Khamitov: “Powerful enterprises – powerful Republic”

The President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov had a talk to the directors of the big industrial enterprises and businessmen of the Republic on July 13. The President RB told them about social-economic showings of the region for the first six months.

He underscored that Bashkortostan held stable positions by the industrial production volume. For the first six month the volume made up 110% and it was higher than the all-Russian average showing. As the President of Bashkortostan said, Republican industry was working quite well in April and May.

“In a whole these figures prove stability and reliability of our industrial complex” – Rustem Khamitov said.

By collection of taxes Bashkortostan is found in the middle of the list of Russian regions. The cash receipt to the Republican budget made up almost 60% of the annual plan.

Rustem Khamitov mentioned that from the point of view of upsurge and the volumes of shipped off goods the biggest industrial enterprises of Bashkortostan also demonstrated rather good showings. The rise of workers’ wages is also noticeable.

The President RB has visited practically all big industrial enterprises in the region. In the course of the discussion he offered the directors to start thinking about attraction of investments. “We make favorable conditions for your work” – he said – “And passed several laws for attraction of investors”.

Rustem Khamitov said that inculcating innovations the enterprises can come out as investors too.

“Powerful enterprises means powerful economics and powerful Republic” – the President of Bashkortostan stated.
