The IV Congress of Tatars RB to take place in October

The IV Congress of Bashkortostan’s Tatars will be held in Ufa on October 20-25. The deputy chairman of the community “Tatars of Bashkortostan” Majit Khujin reported about that at the widened gathering of the Tatar Congress executive committee RB.

The members of this public community, the plenipotentiary of Tatarstan in Republic of Bashkortostan Albert Maksutov, representatives of public communities of the Tatars, living in the Republic, the members of the World Tatar Congress and other persons were participating in the discussion.

The participants of the gathering have discussed the problems of interaction between various Tatar public organizations, the relations with the leaderships of Tatarstan and Bashkortostan, preservation and keeping culture and traditions of Tatar nation and protection of Tatar national interests.

As Majit Khujin said, more than 200 delegates from 39 Bashkir regions will present public Tatar communities at the IV Congress of Tatars RB. The representatives of Bashkir authority, heads of local municipalities and members of the World Tatar Congress executive committee will be also invited.
