A recycling production to start working in Ufa during two years

The agreement for establishment of the ecologically clean recycling production is signed in the capital of Bashkortostan and Ufa administration reports that in case this project proved to be successful the problem with recycling will be solved in the city by more than 50%.

Thus, about 400 thousand tons of solid domestic waste will be recycled every year. At that the share of the waste, subject to be disposed on the territory of Ufa will make up just 6-8%. The major part of the recycled waste will be delivered for the EU countries for production of bioethanol, electricity etc.

The overall project volume of investments is about 50 million euro and the ecologically clean recycling production will be approximately launched in Ufa during two years.

The ecologist of the state unitary enterprise “TABIGAT” Albina Usupova reports that according to the data-2009 about 1,26 million tons of solid domestic waste accumulated in Bashkortostan. Unfortunately only the smallest part of this great quantity was recycled, so the appearance of ecologically clean recycling production would undoubtedly be able to lower the share of the waste, subject to disposal.
