New requirements to certificates issuance on the construction admission have come into force

The Governmental Decree of the Russian Federation from 24.03.2011 No. 207 «About minimum necessary requirements to issuance by self-regulating organisations of admission certificates for works at extra-hazardous and highly technical objects of capital construction, influencing safety of the specified objects» came into force. Meanwhile the Decree No.48 of the Government of the Russian Federation from 03.02.2010 ceased to be effective.

— The changes brought by the new document, provide new minimum necessary requirements to legal bodies and individual businessmen for reception of the admission certificate for civil-engineering survey and preparation of the design documentation, construction, reconstruction and capital repairs which influence safety of extra-hazardous and highly technical objects, — the general director of one of the self-regulating organisations of Bashkortostan Boris Bondarenko says. —Standards concerning atomic energy objects are separately regulated.
