In Bashkortostan Rosreestr Directorate issues of electronic exchange of documents were discussed

The Rosreestr Directorate on Bashkortostan Republic held the meeting devoted to interaction at electronic exchange of documents. The given issue is of high priority in connection with coming into force of the corresponding provisions of the Federal law from July 27, 2010 №210-FZ «Concerning procedure for state and municipal services rendering».

Representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development RB, the Ministry of Land and Property Regulations RB, the Ministry of Mass Communications RB, State committee RB on Construction and Architecture, Inspection of State Construction Supervision RB, State Housing Inspection RB and other structures took part in the meeting.

According to the press-service of Rosreestr Directorate in the republic, by results of the meeting held together with administration of Ufa it is entrusted to the department to develop the agreement on interaction concerning mutual electronic exchange of documents. Besides, the Directorate will develop the list, forms and samples of documents. The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade RB, and also the Ministry of Mass Communications of Bashkortostan are offered to make popular electronic interaction and usage by individuals and legal bodies of electronic digital signatures for receiving information in electronic form.
