Bashkortostan is among leaders on habitation input into operation

Current year the number of habitation put into operation decreased for more than 20 percent almost in three tens of Russian regions. According to all available information of the Federal State Statistics Service, habitation input was reduced on average all over the country for 6,7 % in comparison with the same period of the last year. Thus in 25 regions of the country current recession in housing construction exceeds 20 %.

So, input of total area of apartment houses in the Central and Northwest federal districts decreased for 20 % and 20,5 % accordingly. Among champions of housing construction recession this year are Moscow (–45,8 %), Stavropol Territory (–42 %), the Leningrad and Tula Regions (–37 %). In the Moscow Region habitation input into operation fell to 27 % for first four months of 2011.

In Bashkortostan the growth of habitation constructed is registered against reduction in the majority of regions. The press-service of the State Committee RB on Construction and Architecture informed about it the "Bashinform" agency. In January-May this year 5,3 thousand apartments with a total area of 510 thousand square metres were commissioned in the republic that makes 104,2 % to the corresponding period of the last year.
