Japan business delegation started its visit to Ufa

The delegation of Japan Association for Trade with Russia and NIS (ROTOBO, Japan) headed by its president Takasi Nisioka arrived in the capital of Bashkortostan.

Today within the framework of the given visit a conference-seminar on issues of trade and investment cooperation between Japan and Bashkortostan Republic with participation of delegation of business representatives and governmental structures of Japan will take place in Ufa Congress Hall.

During the business forum cooperation possibilities on variety of key directions covering potentially interesting branches for both parties will be discussed: from mechanical engineering and energy saving to the metropolitan infrastructure and tourism.

ROTOBO includes more than 200 members. Among them there are Japanese industrial and trading corporations: Mitsui, Sumitomo, Mitsubishi, TOYOTA, Honda, Nissan, SONY, Panasonic, TOSHIBA, insurance and passenger-and-freight companies, banks, scientific institutes, mass media, local governments and other organisations.

The ROTOBO visit to Bashkortostan is reciprocal: in November last year the land of the rising sun was visited by the delegation of our republic.

The program of staying of the Japanese visitors is highly topical. It is planned for three days and includes visiting of industrial enterprises and scientific organisations of the region, sights-seeing of Ufa, business meetings.
