Resale housing in Ufa becomes cheaper

The 0,2% price-cutting has occurred in the Ufa resale housing market for the last week. At present time the average offer price for one square meter amounts to 46,25 thousand rubles.

One-room flats became by 0,3% cheaper, three-room flats – by 0,5%. At the same time flats with more than three rooms and two-room flats became by 0,5% more expensive.

According to information of the realty agencies network “The Expert” the cheapest one-room flat in the city with the area 33 square meters is offered at 1200 thousand rubles now. The most expensive five-room 202,4 square-meter flat in the center of the city costs 20 million rubles.

The most expensive out-of-town 423-square-meter cottage, displayed for sale, is offered at 16300 thousand rubles.
