Exhibition “Gas, Oil, Technologies-2011” is declared open in Ufa

The Oil-Gas Forum and the XIX international specialized exhibition “Gas, Oil, Technologies-2011” were opened in Ufa Sports Palace today, organized by the Bashkir Exhibition Company and the Trade-Industry Chamber RB with the assistance of the Ministry of power –engineering RF, the Government RB and the Ministry of industry and innovational policy RB. The exhibition is held under patronage of the Russian Trade-Industry Chamber.

The area of the exhibition is more than 11 thousand square meters and its expositions are demonstrated on the square in front of the Sports Palace, on two arenas, in the foyer and for the first time – in the mobile pavilion, specially erected for this event. More than 360 companies from 35 Russian regions and foreign countries demonstrate their expositions at the XIX international exhibition “Gas, Oil, Technologies-2011”. The exposition of CIS and other foreign countries – Ukraine, Byelorussia, Kazakhstan, Germany, the USA and Japan – demonstrates the technologies in oil-gas sphere.

Republic of Bashkortostan is presented by the leading enterprises of oil-gas branch – JSC “BASHNEFT”, JSC “URALSIBNEFTEPROVOD”, “GASPROM TRANSGAS UFA”, JSC “Soda”, JSC “GASPROM NEFTEHIM SALAVAT”, JSC “Caustic”, JSC “Synthesis-Caoutchouc”, JSC “POLYEF” and others.

“During almost twenty years Bashkir land receives the leading gas and oil enterprises here” – the Prime-Minister of the Government RB Azamat Ilimbetov has said at the solemn opening ceremony – “Our Republic possesses well-developed and the largest in the country oil-chemical potential and the fact that the international forum “Big Chemistry will be soon opened in Ufa under patronage of UNO, proves that”.
