For the last week the average offer price in Ufa housing resale market increased by 0,2%. At present time it is equal to 46,35 thousand rubles. In the segment of two-room flats and flats with many rooms the prices went up by 0,3%, one- and three-room flats – by 0,2%.

According to information of the realty agencies network “The Expert” the cheapest one-room 33-square-meter flat is offered at 1100 thousand rubles. The most expensive five-room 202,4-square-meter flat in the very center of the city costs 20 million rubles. The most expensive out-of-town cottage, displayed for sale and with the area 423 square meters, is offered at 16300 thousand rubles.
