The cheapest flat in Ufa is offered at 1150 thousand rubles

For the last week the average offer housing price in Ufa resale market increased by 0,2%. At present time it is equal to 46,53 thousand rubles. In the segment of one- and multi-room flats the prices went up by 0,1%. Two-and three-room flats became by 0,2% more expensive.

The realty agencies network “The Expert” reports the cheapest one-room 38-square-meter flat in Ufa is offered at 1150 thousand rubles today. The most expensive five-room 202,4-square-meter flat in the center of the city costs 20 million rubles. The most expensive out-of-town cottage with the area 450 square meters is offered also at 20 million rubles.
