Bashkortostan presented the projects in sphere of nanoindustry to “ROSNANO” delegation

Delegation of JSC “ROSNANO”, headed by its President Anatoly Chubais, is found in Ufa. The Moscow guests have visited the exhibition of Bashkortostan’s projects in sphere of nanoindustry at Ufa State Aviation Technical University (UGATU). Here 15 stands with the projects, which are either already launched or will be developed in different branches of economics with the use of nanotechnologies and nanomaterials, are presented.

The President RB Rustem Khamitov, the head of “ROSNANO” Anatoly Chubais and other members of the delegation have thoroughly examined the projects, presented by the directors of the Republican enterprises and organizations, designers and curators.

The examination began fr om the stand of JSC “SALAVATSTEKLO” with the project “Widening of float-glass production and opening the production of energy-saving and sun glass”. The project is approved by the scientific-technical council and 22,7 billion rubles is required. The technical director of JSC “SALAVATSTEKLO” Vladimir Litvin reported the first stage of the project was already financed.

The project “Production of hollow ventilator blade with the use of nanostructural composite material and nanotechnologies for the turbine-jet two-contour aviation engine of a new generation” has aroused high interest of “ROSNANO”. The project is accomplished by the Institute of metal superplasticity problems under the Russian Academy of Sciences (Ufa) and JSC “INNOTECHPROM”. The full cost of the project is 1200 million rubles, including 600 million rubles, allocated by “ROSNANO”. The approximate cost of one blade is 450 thousand rubles and sales can make up at least 900 million rubles annually. The period of the project’s validity is 2012-2014.

Other project, offered by the Institute, “Making the highly efficient production of spacious semi-products and details for aviation engines and land-based energy units, made of nanostructural heat-resistant materials” is also of high interest and 900 million rubles is required.

The Bashkir State Pedagogical University presented two projects – “Production of efficient multifunctional composite ceramics” and “production of componentry for flexible electronics and devises on its base”.

The examination of the projects has taken more than two hours and it is impossible to tell about all novelties but one thing is quite clear – Bashkortostan possesses powerful innovational potential and our Republic can be by right called the territory of innovations.

It is worth noting that the Council for scientific-technical and innovational policy under the Government RB, headed by the President RB Rustem Khamitov, works in the Republic. Besides, the workgroup on nanotechnologies was formed. As Rustem Khamitov says, “we have to make the environment, wh ere innovational ideas and solutions ripen, helping us moving forward”.

The deputy Prime-Minister of the Government RB Uri Pustovgarov, the Minister of industry and innovational policy RB Robert Vagapov, the rector of UGATU Murat Guzairov, the rector of Bashkir State Pedagogical University Rail Asadullin and heads of the Republican enterprises and organizations, promoting their projects in sphere of nanoindustry, were present at the exhibition.

At present moment “ROSNANO” delegation is examining the innovational productions at JSC “UMPO”.
