Hypothec crediting in Bashkortostan will become more available

The President RB Rustem Khamitov has signed the decree concerning subsidizing of a part of expenses for paying the interest rates on the hypothec credits, obtained by citizens for acquisition of the economic class housing from local developers. 270 million rubles will be allocated from the Republican budget according to the Republican goal-oriented investment program for these purposes. This important statement has sounded at today’s press-conference in the news agency “Bashinform” on state regulation in order to make the hypothec cheaper in Bashkortostan with participation of the deputy Minister of economic development RB Alexander Marin, the head of the investment projects sector, the advisor chairman of the state building and architecture committee RB Gregory Nevostruev and the deputy chairman of the National Bank RB Radmir Ganeev. As Alexander Marin reported, the interest rates on hypothec credits for abuilding housing can’t exceed 15% of interest per annum. “The overall sum of the subsidy for one participant of the Republican goal-oriented investment program is not more than 300 thousand rubles” – he reported – “and the subsidy is given for the period not more than five years”.

The deputy Minister of economic development RB has mentioned that in 2010 the sum of hypothec credits in the Republic made up 6,7 billion rubles.

“Working up the program for subsidizing hypothec crediting the Government RB has made a timely step forward” – he underscored – “The program is meant to make housing purchase more available and at the same time it has to make the conditions for normal financial support of the building branch in the region. Therefore the hypothec crediting market is waiting for its development”.

23 banks specialize in hypothec crediting in the Republic and it is expected that within the frames of this new program about six thousand families will be subsidized in the Republic. 7-8 billion rubles will be attracted in Bashkir economics from the bank-partners.
